Coaching with organisations

I work in partnership with organisations by offering bespoke one-to-one coaching packages that enhance and complement talent, leadership and employee development plans for your mid to senior level employees.

Often organisations have a wide range of development available but require a more bespoke solution to hone in on what each employee specifically needs, which is where investing in one to one coaching is invaluable.

The goals of this type of coaching are shaped by the client and may include; focussed support with career development, developing your high potentials, proactively managing role transitions, onboarding new leaders, navigating relationships and thriving through change.

One-to-one coaching guarantees you focussed development time for your employees with an independent external coach, ensuring your leadership development offering is elevated by focussing on the individual employee’s specific needs.

I offer packages of 3, 4 or 6 one-to-one coaching sessions over an agreed period of time, with the option of an additional Everything DiSC profile to provide invaluable insight to the coaching process.

Sessions are up to 90 minutes and can be held virtually or face to face.
